Yoga has been part of my life since I was young, thanks to my incredible mother, who is also a yoga teacher. During lockdown, I turned to yoga as a way to reconnect with myself. It became a powerful tool for healing, helping me navigate mental health challenges and discover a renewed sense of purpose. Today, as a teacher, I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and how it can help you build strength, stability and find mental resilience.
Rooted in the timeless traditions of yoga, I honour the many lineages that have shaped my practice. I aim to create a safe, inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels can explore their practice with curiosity and mindfulness. My teaching focuses on helping students develop a deeper connection to their bodies, release limiting beliefs, and unlock their fullest potential—on and off the mat.

200hrs Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama (Lead teacher: Ambra Vallo) 2022
This teaching encompasses many influences from multiple lineages such as Forrest, Hatha, Dharma etc. which provided me with a deeper understanding of all aspects of Yoga.
Each class is carefully constructed to take students from asana to asana, leading to a peak pose through an anatomically informed sequence. Ambra’s teaching has enabled me to hold multi-level yoga lessons with the capability and confidence to adapt classes to the needs of each practitioner in the room: creating inclusive and safe spaces to experience their body through Yoga.
This training not only ignited my passion for yoga, but the tools Ambra was able to transfer to myself and the other students were invaluable, meaning each one of us felt ready to teach and share our practice as soon as we graduated.
50hrs Rocket Yoga (Lead teacher: Ambra Vallo) 2023
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced style of yoga that combines elements of Ashtanga with a more accessible/ inclusive and playful approach. Developed by Larry Schultz, it focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through a sequence of modified Ashtanga poses, with an emphasis on creative sequencing and breathwork. Known for its “rocket” pace, this practice is designed to challenge both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

This training helped take my personal practice to the next level whilst also learning 2 fundamental sequences (Rocket 1 & 2) that I can teach and use it to inspire classes. The ethos of Rocket I felt a deep connection with them, as I too want to create classes that are playful and dynamic.

Understanding the fundamentals asanas, alignment and adjustments to help give my students a new experience in each pose.
10hr Inversion and Arm Balancing (Ambra Vallo) 2023
Delving deeper into inversions, learning key strengthening techniques to help students reach advanced poses and exploring modifications with props.
10hr Supporting Yoga Students with Common Injuries (Andrew McGonigle) 2023
Focus on the types of injuries teachers might experience in a yoga class. Assisting with modifications and props to help students with injuries safely experience the benefits of yoga.

The classes are perfect for any level as you offer variations for each pose while encouraging us to challenge ourselves. I've had many yoga instructors and your style of teaching and class structure is by far my favourite; incorporating breathing exercises, strength, flow, a peak pose and relaxation.

I really enjoy coming to Chloe's classes, they're well structured and paced. Chloe gives good direction so you feel looked after throughout.
There is a nice flow between the easier and more challenging postures and the pace is graduated, she holds the space for the class really well. Chloe invests herself into each class and it makes you want to invest yourself too. She's setting up a great yogi community, her classes are my self-care highlight!
